What this trial studies
This is an observational program of adult women receiving follow-up in the CSAPA Addiction Department at Strasbourg University Hospitals, with a focus on patients who have seen the department's dedicated midwife. Investigators collect routine clinical and programmatic data already recorded in medical charts, with inclusion limited to women without a written objection to data reuse. The initiative was started after clinicians identified distinct health issues and care needs among female patients, including during pregnancy or when caring for young children. Not a fit: Female minors, women not followed at the CSAPA, women who have never had a consultation with the team's midwife, or those who have objected to data reuse are not eligible and will not be represented in the findings.

Inclusion Criteria: * Female, adult (≥ 18 years old) * Undergoing follow-up at the CSAPA Addictions Department of the HUS * Having met the team's midwife at least once * Absence of written objection in the patient's medical record regarding the reuse of her data for scientific research purposes. Exclusion Criteria: * Absence of written objection in the patient's medical record regarding the reuse of her data for scientific research purposes * Female minor * Female who has not initiated follow-up with the CSAPA team * Women who have never had a consultation with the team's midwife
