What this trial studies
This study develops and evaluates a daily-activity-based intervention aimed at fostering a growth mindset among adolescents in youth custody frameworks and their staff. It employs a mixed-methods design, utilizing pre- and post-intervention assessments with the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), structured questionnaires, and focus groups to assess the intervention's effectiveness. The goal is to improve participants' perceptions of adaptability and enhance their participation in daily life activities. Insights from qualitative data will help identify barriers and facilitators for promoting a growth mindset in this population.
