What this trial studies
This observational study aims to assess a 12-week psychoeducation and process group designed specifically for Asian and Asian American psychiatric outpatients. The group will provide educational content related to mental health issues pertinent to these communities while fostering social connections among participants. Researchers hypothesize that participants will show a reduction in psychiatric symptoms and an increase in feelings of social connection by the end of the program.
