What this trial studies

This study is a cluster randomized trial conducted in secondary cities of four low- and middle-income countries, focusing on adolescents aged 13-17. It involves baseline surveys in 30 randomly selected schools to assess health behaviors and school policies. The intervention group will collaborate with students, teachers, and local authorities to develop and implement health improvement actions based on the collected data over two years. Follow-up surveys will evaluate the effectiveness of these actions in all selected schools.
