What this trial studies
This study evaluates the impact of aerobic and resistance exercises conducted in a green exercise environment on the physical fitness and aerobic capacity of seniors aged 65 and over. It employs a multicenter, parallel three-group, randomized controlled design, involving a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Participants will engage in either aerobic exercise alone or a combination of aerobic and resistance exercises, with the goal of enhancing their intrinsic capacity and overall fitness levels.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are seniors aged 65 and over who have been cleared for exercise after a cardiology examination and possess adequate communication skills.
Not a fit: Patients with uncontrolled arrhythmia, hypertension, neuromuscular diseases, orthopedic injuries affecting mobility, or severe sensory deficits may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * After the cardiology examination, it was decided that it was suitable for exercise, * The Mini Mental Test score was above 24 points * Had adequate communication skills Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals with uncontrollable arrhythmia and/or hypertension, * neuromuscular disease, * orthopedic injury that interferes with walking, * severe sensory deficit, visual and/or hearing problems
