What this trial studies

This study investigates the impact of reminiscence therapy on the psychological well-being and awareness levels of elderly individuals. Participants aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to either an experimental group receiving reminiscence therapy or a control group with no intervention. After obtaining consent, participants will complete pre- and post-therapy assessments to evaluate changes in their psychological state. The goal is to explore non-pharmacological interventions that can enhance the quality of life for the aging population.

* Being over 65 years old
* not having any serious psychiatric disorders
* not having any diseases such as dementia etc.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Having a serious psychiatric disorder
* Not being able to attend sessions during the research process
