What this trial studies
This observational study aims to investigate how medical weight loss impacts symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction in obese and overweight women. Participants will follow a weight loss plan that includes diet and exercise, with the goal of determining if these interventions lead to improvements in their pelvic floor symptoms. The study will track changes in symptoms and overall health as participants adhere to the prescribed weight loss regimen.
