What this trial studies
This randomized controlled trial evaluates the effectiveness of an educational health game designed to reduce anxiety in children aged 4-8 years who are undergoing anesthesia. Participants are divided into three groups: one plays an educational game, another receives similar educational material online, and the third group receives standard care. Anxiety levels will be assessed using standardized tools at multiple time points, and parents will provide additional information through questionnaires. The study aims to innovate patient education by utilizing computer games to enhance children's understanding and coping abilities regarding anesthesia.
