What this trial studies
This study investigates the effectiveness of a digital intervention designed to enhance the self-efficacy and teamwork skills of early childhood education (ECE) professionals. It aims to compare changes in self-assessed self-efficacy, children's behavioral challenges as reported by parents, and guidance methods among ECE teams participating in the intervention versus a control group. The study will involve approximately 64 teams, totaling around 200 participants, and will also assess the wellbeing of ECEs and the dynamics of teamwork. The intervention includes self-learning materials tailored for ECE teams.
