This study is creating a national database to collect and share information about patients with hypoparathyroidism and pseudohypoparathyroidism in Italy to better understand these rare conditions.

What this trial studies

This observational study aims to establish and manage a multicenter national database that collects and analyzes clinical, genetic, and therapeutic data from patients diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism or pseudohypoparathyroidism across Italy. Involving 41 specialized clinical centers, the study will gather data over a 10-year period through both retrospective and prospective methods. The goal is to enhance understanding of these rare endocrine disorders by documenting a wide range of patient characteristics and treatment outcomes.

* Cohort 1: chronic hypoparathyroidism (all etiological forms)
* Cohort 2: pseudohypoparathyroidism

Exclusion Criteria:

* None
