Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are female adolescents aged 13-19 who have achieved menarche and have a BMI between 17.50 and 22.99.
Not a fit: Patients with a history of musculoskeletal trauma, diagnosed psychological conditions, or those who have participated in an exercise program in the past six months may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Female adolescents who have achieved Menarche. * 13-19 years of age * BMI criteria: 17.50 - 22.99 (BMI Asia) * Score less than 13 on IPAQ (Inactive) Exclusion Criteria: * History of musculoskeletal trauma or injury * Any diagnosed psychological condition * Participated in Exercise program for past 6 months
