This study is collecting blood samples from healthy adults to help researchers learn more about blood vessel diseases and how inflammation affects them.

What this trial studies
This observational study aims to collect blood samples from healthy adults to support research on vascular and immunologic diseases. Participants will undergo a telehealth visit to review their medical history before visiting the NIH Clinical Center for blood collection. The samples will be used to establish normal physiological parameters and validate technical assays for future studies. The focus is on understanding mechanisms of vascular inflammation and thrombosis through these samples.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are healthy adults aged 18 years or older who are willing to comply with study procedures.
Not a fit: Patients who are currently pregnant or nursing will not benefit from this study.

* INCLUSION CRITERIA: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria: * Stated willingness to comply with all study procedures * Aged 18 years and older * Ability of subject to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent document * Self-reported in good general health EXCLUSION CRITERIA: An individual who, by self-report, meets the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study: -Current pregnancy or lactation
