What this trial studies

The China Alliance for Type 1 Diabetes (CAT1D) aims to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of Type 1 Diabetes through a multi-center collaborative approach. This initiative focuses on building a comprehensive electronic database of Type 1 Diabetes patients and their relatives, while also studying the occurrence and development of diabetes-related complications in China. The project includes structured education and management strategies tailored to the Chinese population, utilizing mobile health and AI technologies to improve patient outcomes. By establishing a standardized treatment plan based on evidence, the study seeks to reduce complications and enhance the quality of care for individuals with Type 1 Diabetes.

Not a fit: Patients with mental disorders or those who do not meet the criteria for Type 1 Diabetes may not benefit from this study.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* Individuals diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes according to the 1999 World Health Organization report
* Written informed consent from the patient or family representative;
* Individuals who own smartphone and are capable of using wechat or apps

Exclusion Criteria:

* Non-t1dm patients with autoimmune polyendocrine adenopathy syndrome (APS) are the first disease
* With mental disorders
* Have any other condition or disease that may hamper from compliance with the protocol or complication of the trial
