What this trial studies
This pilot feasibility study evaluates a combined intervention of cognitive remediation training and social recovery therapy for individuals experiencing early psychosis. Participants will engage in a 15-week program that includes a web-based cognitive training component aimed at improving cognitive functions and metacognition, followed by social recovery therapy to address barriers to social reintegration. The study is conducted within Early Intervention in Psychosis services across several locations in Ireland, focusing on the acceptability and feasibility of this novel approach. Primary and secondary outcomes will be assessed to determine the effectiveness of the intervention.
