What this trial studies

This study evaluates the effects of a circuit training rehabilitation program on fatigue, gait, and balance in individuals with Multiple Sclerosis. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a circuit training group, which combines high-intensity aerobic, balance, and strength training, or a control group receiving usual care rehabilitation. The aim is to determine how this specialized training impacts daily life and to explore its effects on immunological markers. Approximately 52 individuals will be involved in this intervention.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis who can walk 20 meters and stand for 30 seconds without assistance.

Not a fit: Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases or psychiatric disorders may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this program could significantly reduce fatigue and improve balance for patients with Multiple Sclerosis.

How similar studies have performed: Previous studies have shown that aerobic and strength training can be effective in rehabilitating individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, suggesting potential success for this approach.
