The HHL intervention combines social skills training and cognitive self-management strategies to enhance social connections and promote healthy lifestyle activities. Participants will be compared to a control group receiving treatment as usual (TAU) to assess improvements in perceived social support, loneliness, and overall psychosocial functioning over a 12-month period.
