What this trial studies
This study aims to define psychological resilience in military personnel and identify modifiable risk factors and skills that can enhance resilience. It will develop a scalable training app that integrates physical and mental optimization strategies for Soldiers. The research will gather data to inform a resilience-focused intervention, which will be tested for feasibility among participants. The goal is to create a comprehensive approach to improve the overall well-being of military personnel.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are Soldiers aged 21 and older, as well as their family members.
Not a fit: Patients under the age of 21 or those who are not National Guard Soldiers or family members may not benefit from this study.
