A platform for researching healthy aging and biomarkers
The Inspire Bio-resource Research Platform for Healthy Aging
This study is trying to find out how we can spot signs of aging and age-related diseases by collecting health information from people aged 30 and older over ten years.

What this trial studies
The Inspire Bio-resource Research Platform for Healthy Aging aims to create a comprehensive research platform that collects biological, clinical, and digital resources to identify markers of aging and age-related diseases. Over a span of 10 years, data and biospecimens will be gathered from participants aged 30 and older, with varying levels of functional capacity. Participants will undergo yearly data collection and will be monitored every four months through an app or phone calls by clinical nurses. This approach allows for the investigation of aging markers as declines in intrinsic capacity are detected.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are individuals aged 30 years or older who are affiliated with a social security scheme.
Not a fit: Patients with severe diseases that compromise life expectancy within five years may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this platform could lead to the identification of key biomarkers for aging, potentially improving health outcomes for older adults.
How similar studies have performed: Other studies focusing on biomarkers of aging have shown promise, but this platform represents a novel and comprehensive approach.
