What this trial studies
This clinical trial aims to evaluate the impact of a structured yoga intervention on cortisol levels, immunoglobulin A, and metabolic parameters among medical students. The intervention, named 'GSY Goodbye Stress with Yoga Protocol,' includes yoga poses, breathing techniques, and guided meditation, delivered by a certified yoga trainer once a week for 10 weeks. The study will compare outcomes between participants engaging in the yoga intervention and a control group to assess the effectiveness of yoga in reducing stress and improving physiological health.
