What this trial studies
This study aims to evaluate the impact of virtual tour training on patients' anxiety and satisfaction levels prior to undergoing elective orthopedic surgery. By providing a virtual walkthrough of the surgical environment, the study seeks to alleviate preoperative anxiety, which can lead to various negative health outcomes. The intervention involves a virtual tour, while a control group will receive no intervention. The study will assess the effectiveness of this approach in improving patient experiences and outcomes.
