Inclusion Criteria: * Being 18 years of age or older * Being a first-year student at the Faculty of Nursing * Being taking the Fundamentals of Nursing course for the first time * Not coming as a horizontal or vertical transfer * Not being absent on the dates when the research data will be collected * Being willing to participate in the research and giving written consent Exclusion Criteria: * Those who are not first-year nursing students * Students who come via horizontal or vertical transfer * Students who graduated from Health Vocational High School * Students in the intervention group who are not subject to video-assisted self-assessment method * Students who want to leave the study for any reason during the research process
