What this trial studies
This observational study aims to translate and validate the Saint George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) specifically for patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) into Turkish. The study will involve a cross-sectional design where participants will complete the SGRQ and its Turkish version, SGRQ-I, along with a demographic evaluation form. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire will be assessed through various statistical methods, including test-retest reliability and confirmatory factor analysis. The study is expected to be completed within two years once the required sample size is achieved.

Inclusion Criteria: * Be over 18 years old * Having a Diagnosis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis * To be literate in Turkish Exclusion Criteria: * Exacerbation or exacerbation in the last 6 weeks * Presence of comorbidities affecting ambulation * Cognitive impairment
