What this trial studies
This study investigates the use of virtual reality (VR) environments to alleviate pain and anxiety in elderly patients undergoing medical procedures. Patients will choose their preferred VR setting, which may include relaxing landscapes or other calming environments, and will be monitored during their treatment. The trial aims to assess the effectiveness of personalized VR interventions compared to usual care in managing stress during medical procedures. Assessments will be conducted before and after the treatment to evaluate the impact of the VR experience on both patients and caregivers.

Not a fit: Patients with visual or auditory disorders that prevent the use of a VR headset, unstable epilepsy, acute psychiatric disorders, or those considered part of a vulnerable population may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Men or Women * Over 60 years old * Subject affiliated to the Social Security * Patient receiving 4 identical cares as part of routine care Exclusion Criteria: * Presence of visual and auditory disorders contraindicating the use of a VR headset; * Unstabilized epilepsy; * Acute psychiatric disorders * Vulnerable population
