What this trial studies
This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of laser acupuncture in treating patients with Meniere disease. A total of 324 patients were enrolled at Beijing Tongren Hospital and underwent various assessments at baseline, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to measure therapeutic effects. The study utilizes multiple outcome measures, including video head impulse tests and questionnaires related to tinnitus and dizziness, to determine the impact of the treatment. The intervention includes the use of a Multiwave Locked System (MLS) laser and Betahistine Mesylate tablets.

Inclusion Criteria: * Clinical diagnosis of meniere disease. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Serious mental illness or social problems, and neurological disorders, and systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors, and other serious consumptive diseases. 2. Planning for pregnancy, those in pregnancy, or those who were lactating.
