What this trial studies
This clinical trial aims to determine the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in enhancing psychological, neurological, and hormonal factors in women undergoing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Participants will attend eight weekly sessions of CBT or receive no intervention, with assessments of anxiety, depression, and coping mechanisms conducted at various points throughout the study. Additionally, neuroendocrine factors such as cortisol and norepinephrine levels will be measured to evaluate the physiological impact of CBT. The study seeks to compare the outcomes of those receiving CBT against a control group to assess its overall effectiveness.
