What this trial studies
This observational study evaluates the accuracy of the Pentax Discovery CADe system in detecting colonic polyps by analyzing pre-recorded videos of polyps of various sizes, shapes, and pathologies. The study collects detailed information on polyp characteristics and uses a video library that has been independently reviewed by experienced gastroenterologists. The aim is to assess the overall performance of the AI system compared to standard colonoscopy practices, thereby enhancing detection rates and potentially improving patient outcomes.

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients scheduled for a regular or screening colonoscopy at the institution as standard of care. * Over 18 years of age Exclusion Criteria: * None if they qualify based on inclusion criteria * Pregnant patients * Inmate or prisoners * Unable to provide informed consent
