What this trial studies
This observational study aims to gather insights from physicians involved in pediatric patient management regarding their perceptions, expectations, and experiences with mobile health (mHealth) applications. By utilizing an online survey, the study will explore differences in mHealth application usage between pediatricians and other specialties, as well as identify the most commonly used applications in pediatric care. The findings will help inform the development of future mHealth tools tailored to the needs of pediatric healthcare providers in Turkey.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are medical doctors who are actively involved in the management of pediatric patients aged 0-18 years.
Not a fit: Patients who are not involved in pediatric care or who are outside the medical profession will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could enhance the effectiveness of mobile health applications in pediatric care, leading to improved patient management and outcomes.
How similar studies have performed: While there have been numerous studies on mHealth applications, this specific focus on pediatricians' perceptions in Turkey is relatively novel.
