This observational study evaluates the impact of a specialized training program for nurses and nursing assistants on the length of hospital stays and the prevention of iatrogenic complications in elderly patients aged 75 and older. Inclusion Criteria: * Patients aged 75 years and over hospitalised in a participating specialtist wards * not objecting to the study, * including those under guardianship or curatorship. Exclusion Criteria: * Patient not affiliated to a social security scheme * Patient at the end of life
