What this trial studies
This clinical trial tests the Caregiver Interaction Profile (CIP) training program aimed at enhancing the relational quality between daycare providers and children. The study compares the effects of the CIP training on daycare providers' interactive skills against a control group that does not receive training initially. Participants in the training group will engage in video-recorded interactions to receive feedback on their relational quality with children. The trial seeks to determine if the training fosters improvements in children's social, emotional, and language development.
