What this trial studies

This study aims to develop and evaluate a computer-assisted personalized supportive care program for patients with early stage lung cancer. It will compare the effects of this program against usual care on various outcomes such as quality of life, physical symptoms, and fear of cancer recurrence. Eligible participants will be newly diagnosed patients who have undergone surgery for lung cancer and will be followed for two years. The study will utilize a randomized control trial design to assess the effectiveness of the intervention.

Good fit: Ideal candidates are newly diagnosed early stage lung cancer patients aged 20 and older who have undergone tumor excision surgery and can read and speak Mandarin.

Not a fit: Patients with recurrent or metastatic cancer, or those with unclear consciousness, will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria:

* age ≥20 years
* early stage lung cancer
* had tumor excision surgery
* Mandarin / Chinese-reading and speaking

Exclusion Criteria:

* had double cancer
* had cancer recurrence or metastasis
* primary cancer unknown
* conscious unclear
