What this trial studies
The Nourish Clinical Trial aims to explore effective methods for teaching cooking and food skills to adults, particularly focusing on those experiencing food insecurity. By providing essential cooking utensils and education, the study seeks to enhance food literacy, improve diet quality, and reduce perceived stress. Participants will be assigned to receive the Nourish intervention or no intervention in a controlled manner to evaluate its impact.
