What this trial studies
This study aims to address the emotional distress and burnout experienced by oncology nursing staff by implementing a multimedia 'Mind-Body Support' platform and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) workshops. The interventions will be assessed for their effectiveness in reducing psychological and physical distress among participants. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods will be utilized to evaluate the outcomes of these interventions.
