What this trial studies
This research aims to determine if enhanced navigation and text-message support can improve participation and engagement in a Food is Medicine program among individuals in cardiac rehabilitation. Surveys will be conducted at the beginning and after three months to assess the number of Food is Medicine meals or groceries received by each group. The study focuses on addressing food insecurity and its impact on nutrition for cardiac patients.
