What this trial studies

This study evaluates two rehabilitation models for patients newly diagnosed with head and neck cancer. Trained oncology nurses conduct weekly surveys to assess emotional distress and collect blood samples at various intervals to analyze biomarkers. The goal is to determine the effectiveness of the self-management approach compared to traditional methods.
