This study is trying to find out who is at high risk for early gastric cancer among people over 20 in Shaanxi Province by collecting health information and testing for a specific bacteria.

What this trial studies
This observational study collects data from local residents over 20 years old in 11 regions of Shaanxi Province to identify high-risk populations for early gastric cancer. Participants complete questionnaires regarding their demographics, lifestyle, and health history, while also undergoing serum testing for Helicobacter pylori antibodies. Following a comprehensive evaluation by experts, high-risk individuals undergo electronic gastroscopy to facilitate early cancer screening. The study aims to establish a new gastric cancer risk assessment model and evaluate the prevalence of related conditions in the population.

Inclusion Criteria: * Local resident over 20 years old. * Obtain verbal informed consent of the subject. Exclusion Criteria: * Refused to participate in this research project. * Questionnaires or serological tests for helicobacter pylori antibodies were not completed. * This study was not completed due to other reasons.
