What this trial studies
This study evaluates a holistic intervention aimed at enhancing employee well-being in organizations. It employs a partially randomized preference trial design to assess the impact of a tailored intervention package that addresses psychosocial, ergonomic, and lifestyle factors. Data will be collected through an online questionnaire administered before the intervention and at six and twelve months post-intervention to measure both short and long-term effects. The goal is to create a healthier work environment that promotes employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
