This study is looking at the health and lifestyle of people with diabetes in Taiwan to see how different factors affect their risk of complications over time.

What this trial studies
This observational study aims to investigate the risk factors, lifestyle, and treatments associated with microvascular and macrovascular diseases, as well as neuropathy in patients with diabetes. Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus will be enrolled, including those with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as pregnant patients with diabetes starting in 2023. Their clinical data will be collected and monitored annually until 2030, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of diabetes management and its complications over time.
