What this trial studies

The NARCOMS Registry collects health-related data from individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to understand disease patterns and treatment outcomes over time. Participants complete an initial enrollment survey and update their information twice a year, either online or by mail. The registry is the largest of its kind, involving over 41,000 participants from the U.S., Canada, and beyond, and aims to provide valuable insights for MS research and drug approval processes. All data collected is confidential and used solely for research purposes.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this registry are individuals aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or clinically isolated syndrome.

Not a fit: Patients who do not have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis or clinically isolated syndrome will not benefit from this registry.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this registry could enhance understanding of Multiple Sclerosis and improve treatment options for patients.

How similar studies have performed: Other patient registries have shown success in advancing research and treatment options for chronic diseases, indicating that this approach is both valuable and tested.
