This study is collecting information from adults with newly diagnosed or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia to see how different treatments work and to better understand the disease.

What this trial studies

This observational registry collects data from adult patients who have been newly diagnosed or have relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The study aims to gather epidemiological information, evaluate clinical outcomes such as relapse-free survival and overall survival, and document treatment strategies across multiple sites in Germany. Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* AML according to the WHO (World Health Organization) diagnostic criteria, including acute promyelocytic leukemia
* Age ≥ 18 years. There is no upper age limit.
* Signed written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:
