This study is collecting information from patients with lung cancer and other chest tumors to see how different treatments can be tailored to help them feel better and live longer.

What this trial studies

This observational, multicenter study aims to collect and analyze data from patients diagnosed with lung cancer and other thoracic tumors. It focuses on individualizing treatment based on predictive markers for response to chemotherapy and molecular inhibitors. * Patients with thoracic disease, treated with an active treatment or not treated (only palliative care)

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patients with other type of tumours
