What this trial studies
This study aims to gather and analyze real-world data from patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are treated with new immunotherapy combinations, such as atezolizumab-bevacizumab and durvalumab-tremelimumab. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of these treatments and identify the best sequences for managing advanced liver cancer. Additionally, the study seeks to discover clinical and laboratory markers that can predict treatment responses, thereby personalizing care and optimizing patient outcomes.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who are not suitable for locoregional treatments and are candidates for frontline systemic therapy with immunotherapy.
Not a fit: Patients currently undergoing treatment with other antineoplastic agents or those with other active cancers may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Hepatocellular carcinoma not amenable to locoregional procedures * Candidate to frontline systemic treatment with atezolizumab-bevacizumab or other immunotherapies Exclusion Criteria: * Concurrent treatment with other antineoplastic agents * Other active neoplasia
