What this trial studies
This program provides a brief four-session group psychosocial support intervention for adults affected by the February 6, 2023 earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş. Developed by qualified psychotherapists, the intervention focuses on strengthening personal resources and addressing psychological distress such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. The sessions include psychoeducation, emotion regulation strategies, and mindfulness techniques, aiming to improve the psychological well-being of participants. Inclusion Criteria: * Experienced the 6th of February Earthquake in Kahramanmaraş * Being literate or above * Being volunteer to participate in group intervention Exclusion Criteria: * Having any current psychological treatment related to earthquake * Being illiteracy
