What this trial studies

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a multicomponent intervention designed to increase physical activity levels among adolescents during the school day. The intervention includes physically active classes, active breaks, and active recesses implemented in 10 schools across Spain. Researchers will assess changes in physical activity, health-related fitness, academic performance, and cognitive outcomes before and after the intervention, using various measurement tools such as accelerometry and questionnaires. The study aims to determine the impact of these activities on students' overall health and cognitive function.
