Inclusion Criteria: * BMI\>30; * Written and informed consent to participate; 4) being technology friendly to use wearable devices. Exclusion Criteria: * other psychiatric disturbances (diagnosed according to DSM 5 criteria); * other medical conditions not related to obesity that could compromise participation at the study.
