What this trial studies
The PROMESS - STRESS project aims to help medical students manage stress through a structured intervention program. Fourth and fifth-year students at the Faculty of Medicine of Lyon Est will participate in an 11-week program that includes initial stress assessments and three individual sessions with a stress management expert. The program is designed to improve both subjective and objective indicators of stress, addressing the high levels of stress reported among medical students. The intervention is based on previous surveys indicating a significant need for stress management support in this population.

Inclusion Criteria: * Being a 4th-year or a 5th-year medical student at the Faculty of Medicine Lyon East during the academic year 2023-2024. * Having read the information note. * Having signed the written consent. Exclusion Criteria: * No exclusion criteria will be applied.
