What this trial studies

This program aims to address the growing issue of technology addiction among university students by identifying those at risk and implementing a tailored prevention program. The intervention will be conducted in two stages, focusing on students who exhibit signs of technology addiction based on specific scoring criteria. The effectiveness of the program will be evaluated to inform future public health strategies and contribute to national action plans against technology addiction. The study is particularly relevant in light of increasing concerns about behavioral addictions in the digital age.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this program are first-year university students who demonstrate high scores on internet and technology addiction assessments.

Not a fit: Patients who are mentally unstable may not benefit from this program due to their specific psychological needs.
