What this trial studies
This study aims to guide older adults living in the community on effective strategies to prevent falls through a structured program. Participants will engage in group workshops led by a physiotherapist, focusing on daily activities and risk prevention at home. The trial employs a two-arm, non-blind, non-inferiority design to compare the effectiveness of the sLiFE program against standard health advice in reducing fall incidents. It is a multicenter, randomized trial involving older individuals aged 65 and above.
