What this trial studies
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a Well-being Promotion Program designed for adolescents aged 14-19 who experience moderate emotional and behavioral problems. The program will assess changes in subjective well-being, positive and negative affect, and life satisfaction before and after the intervention. Participants will be divided into treatment and control groups to compare outcomes. The study utilizes the Strength and Difficulty Questionnaire to identify eligible candidates and measure the impact of the program.

Inclusion Criteria: * Inclusion Criteria Only those participants who meet the category of moderate level of emotional and behavioural problems through Strength and difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ; Urdu Version) (Samad et al., 2005) will be selected for the study. Exclusion Criteria: * Exclusion Criteria Those participants who meet high levels of emotional and behavioural problems through Strength and difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ; Urdu Version) (Samad et al., 2005) will not be selected for the study.
