What this trial studies

This study evaluates the RISE for Physicians program, which aims to enhance the mental health and well-being of physicians by addressing issues such as burnout and stress. It involves a 2.5-day retreat led by a licensed mental health professional, where participants engage in various activities designed to foster resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment. Data will be collected from 36 participants at three different time points using ten surveys to assess the program's effectiveness.

Not a fit: Resident physicians, advanced practice providers, and executive leaders will not benefit from this study.

* AdventHealth employed or contract physician
* Or non-employed physician with AdventHealth privileges (hospital, emergency room, or AHMG practice)

Exclusion Criteria:

* A resident physician
* Advanced practice provider
* Executive leader
