What this trial studies

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the HiRO program aimed at improving social-emotional development and self-esteem among primary school students aged 4-13 years. Schools are categorized into three groups: one receiving the HiRO program with judo classes, one receiving HiRO without judo, and a control group following standard practices. The program's impact is assessed through questionnaires completed by both students and their parents at three different time points. The study aims to provide insights into how structured social-emotional training can influence children's behavior and emotional well-being in a classroom setting.
